
No. If you would like to ship chocolate to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
No, we do not include any receipts or prices with your chocolates as we understand many of our products are sent as gifts.
Your confirmation number and receipt will be sent to the email address you provide when you place your order.
If you'd like a physical printed packing slip with prices in your order please add a comment to the order.
During hot weather months, Moo Chocolates takes extra precautions to make sure your chocolates arrive safe & sound. We pack chocolates with ice packs (free of charge) and styrofoam to keep them cool while in transit. Also, all summer orders will be shipped so they arrive in 1-2 days. This prevents melting as well.
*IMPORTANT: Please be sure someone is available to bring chocolate inside upon delivery during warm weather months. Additionally, we only ship Mon, Tues and Wed so your order will not be in transit over weekend. Our ice packs can only keep chocolate cool for approximately 24 hours. If your shipment is left outside for too long, there is increased chance of melting.
April 29 - September 16 - To ensure safe delivery, orders ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only. To prevent your chocolates from sitting on a truck over the weekend and melting, orders are not shipped out on Fridays. - Ground Service - regular shipping rates Only available to New England states (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT)
