Jackie Ekholm, Founder
Jackie has a background in brand management. Her work experience includes Proctor & Gamble (Geneva, Switzerland) where she worked on developing businesses in Asia and the Middle East and at Estee Lauder where she spent time in NY and Amsterdam managing the Estee Lauder brand. She loves good food, chocolate, spending time with friends and family, and running MOO!!!!
Margaret Tung
Margaret graduated from Yale in May of 2010 and is having an amazing time developing and running a small business and satisfying her entrepreneurial spirit. She is interested in branding, marketing, and design and developed her passion for delicious, naturally grown organic foods while interning for the Yale Farm. Margaret loves chocolate, spending time with friends and family, and MOO—see why they make a good team???

MOO would not be MOO without Jackie's three kids, who helped her come up with the name for our chocolates. They help us out with everything from taste-testing and baking to demos and package-prep. Thanks guys!!!!
